Causes canker sores and HSV-1 associated with (low)prevotella (high)porphyromonas and campylobacter and tannerella [1].
Campylobacter and clostridium, Salmonella, Yersinia, Aeromonas, E coli, Shigella, and Staphylococcus associated with ulcerative colitis IBD IBS crohn's [2] and probably hsv-1. In addition to mainly clostridium; e coli, salmonella, campylobacter, as well as reactive arthritis and canker [3].
Associated with cytomegalovirus [4].
Commonly reactivated in bone marrow transplant [5].
Types
varicella zoster virus (VZV), cytomegalovirus (CMV), deteriorating renal function but concurrent rapid hematopo- Epstein–Barr virus (EBV) as well as HSV-1 and HSV-2 [6].
