Electroaerodynamics, a special case of electrosolvumdynamics, is using electric charge to move air relative to the charge itself. For example, we could have a setup similar to the electrohydrodynamics diagram, but instead of a fluid we could have air flowing.

Or we can use the surface of the object to provide the charges and the air flows around it as seen in the ionic fan invention here [1]

Things like "ionic lifters" [2] work both on electroaerodynamics and also electroaetherdynamics which is why there have been reports that these can produce thrust even when airflow is not allowed. [3]
