Treatment

  1. check patient has high blood pressure. If so give potassium bicarbonate or potassium citrate mixed in water.
  2. administer garlic orally to prevent blood clots and also to stop certain bacteria that can be attacking the heart like mycobacterium or bacillus
  3. administer ellagic acid orally to treat for a common cause h pylori
  4. check homocysteine and ferritin levels to see if these could be an underlying cause.
