Amur Honeysuckle

Red twinned berries thought to be mildly toxic to humans, but contains a plethora of antioxidant and may have medicinal value [1]

Iridoids may give the slightly toxic but medicinal effect [2]. I noticed sleepyness after high carb meal followed by a few amur honeysuckle berries, also weakness and heart palpitations -NatureHacker

Inhibition of COX2 and PGE2 [3]. The downside of this berry is the iridoids probably inhibit COX1 and therefore can cause ulcer, becuase I noticed it enhances canker sores
